WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Art Prints

  • Items are printed to order and are shipped within 2-3 days of receiving and processing.
  • $10 standard shipping, and it can take 5-7 business days.
  • Express shipping can be arranged on request. Simply get in touch.
  • All items are carefully packaged either in a rigid cardboard envelope or rolled into a cardboard tube, depending on the size of the print.

Stretched Artwork

  • Includes all work that is stretched on to a canvas and ready to hang, such as paintings, commissioned artworks, or a custom order.
  • $10 standard shipping, and it can can take 5-7 business days.
  • Custom orders will be quoted a separate shipping charge.
  • Express shipping can be arranged on request. Simply get in touch.

INTERNATIONAL

Important Shipping Note for International Customers

  • The shipping charge covers the cost to send you the order, and there may be additional taxes and duties applied by your own country's government on the shipment once it enters your country. This is completely outside of our scope, advice, cost, control and its management.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Address

  • If your order does not arrive at all, first check your shipping confirmation to validate that you entered the correct address.
  • If the address was correct, we will determine what can be done, as some scenarios are outside of our control such as un-secure buildings or mailboxes.
  • If you entered an incorrect address, we can send another order to the correct address, however that will be at your cost.

Exchanges

  • We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
  • Please contact within 14 days of delivery along with the pictures of the faults.
  • We will notify you of the next steps for any such order where it was not your fault, and then process it for an exchange.
  • Exchanges on digital downloads, subscriptions and gift cards are not allowed.

Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds or returns on digital downloads, subscriptions and gift cards are not allowed.
  • Refunds are not offered for change of mind or wrong fit purchases, as you are responsible for all measurements before purchasing.
  • To be eligible for a return your item must be completely unused, in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging and tags and along with the receipt. Please contact within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns shipping is at your own cost. If you are returning an item over $50 AUD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Any shipping costs paid by us to send the item to you, or the returns shipping costs paid by you to send the item back to us, are non-refundable. This means, if any refunds are given, they will exclude all shipping costs.
