The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 5 business days. We will contact you for any reason if there are any delays.
Domestic and International
We ship domestically as well as internationally. If you have a question about domestic or international deliveries, you can reach us through our Contact page.
Some shipping carriers and couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes, and this varies within different countries. Due to this, we accept street addresses only.
We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Local deliveries within Australia may take up to 5-10 business days. International deliveries may take up to10-20 business days. All orders are sent through standard shipping. If a request is sent to us for an expedited shipping, we may provide a quote that will be communicated to you for your approval to proceed with your purchase. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact deliver time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.
Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
Products may be delivered in separate shipments, and through warehouses located in different regions.
We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.
To retain and reuse your personal information for your own purposes;
We aim to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, a tracking number may be provided. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements, we cannot guarantee tracking.
All orders shipping to a destination outside of Australia are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department. COLOURFLII PTY LTD is not responsible for any possible customs and taxes applied to your order. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order into your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. You agree that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, fees, levies, costs, custom requirements or other expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally.
We do not offer a return or refund for change of mind or wrong size purchases. It is your responsibility to get familiarised with the measurements of the Art product you are purchasing. Where applicable, a return or refund will only be issued if the product is received in a damaged condition.
If the item has arrived in a damaged condition, please reach us through our Contact page, within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or refund for a damaged item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will also need to email us the pictures of the damaged item, and the copy of original receipt at email@example.com. We will then notify you of the next steps in the process, if applicable.
You acknowledge that you will be liable for paying postage and / or shipping costs for returns, where applicable.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. Where applicable, we will provide you with a replacement item (if the same is in stock or available) instead of a refund. Please note that any original artwork cannot be replaced.
In case of a refund, shipping costs are non-refundable. As all our products include standard shipping by default, we will deduct the shipping we paid from the refund, and the remaining credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. Please note that, it may take some processing time which is not in our control, before ‘your bank or credit card company’ officially posts your refund back to your personal account. You may want to get in touch with ‘your bank or credit card company’ to enquire further, once we have notified you that a refund has been processed on our end.
